NTT DATA, Inc. seeks a QA Test Manager to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México, Mexico. You will lead end-to-end testing across large programs, mentor QA staff, and provide technical guidance on complex testing techniques.

The role requires extensive experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban and Waterfall methodologies, plus strong automation skills (Selenium, Java, API testing) and SQL. You will drive quality audits and improvements across multiple teams and projects.

Formación

• 8-10 years of software quality assurance experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
• 5+ years in test automation with Selenium/Java/API testing.
• 4+ years using Jira and Azure DevOps for defect tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end testing of large software programs or major projects.
• Mentor junior QA staff and share best practices across teams.
• Provide technical guidance on complex testing techniques.
• Plan, facilitate, and conduct quality assurance audits.
• Analyze audit findings and drive actions to improve product quality and testing processes.
