We are currently seeking a Quality & Performance Senior Manager to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

Viewed as a technical expert or advisor for one or more testing techniques. Regularly mentors less experienced staff on all aspects of testing concepts. Manages the testing of an entire software application program or a major project involving a large development and testing team. Plans, facilitates and conducts audits, analyzes audit findings, suggests actions to improve quality of products and services and tracks for closure. Identifies, recommends and implements changes to enhance the effectiveness of testing strategies. Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) Typically requires 8-10 years relevant experience Advanced knowledge of software testing methodology. Advanced proficiency with requirements gathering tools. Advanced knowledge of project management tools and concepts. Knowledge of software testing methodology (Scrum, cascade, kanban, etc). Proficient with requirements gathering tools (Selenium, Java, API request, Databases). Good knowledge of project management tools and concepts (Jira, Azure).
