QualityAI in Mexico City seeks a Senior QA Automation Engineer who will design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions using Tosca, Java, Selenium, and TestNG. You will drive end-to-end testing for healthcare applications and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test coverage and quality.

You will validate data with SQL and AWS Athena, support CI/CD/CT, and lead testing efforts across functional, integration, regression, and UAT stages.

Formación

• 7+ years of QA Automation and Testing experience.
• Strong programming experience in Java.
• Hands-on expertise with Tosca; Java, Selenium, or TestNG.
• Strong SQL and database validation skills.
• Experience with AWS Athena and large-scale data validation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions using Tosca (Required) and Java/Selenium/TestNG.
• Perform end-to-end testing for healthcare applications.
• Analyze requirements and ensure test coverage and traceability.
• Execute SQL-based backend validation and data verification.
• Validate large datasets using AWS Athena or similar Lakehouse tech.
• Lead functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing efforts.
• Support CI/CD/CT and continuous testing practices.
• Manage test cases, execution, and reporting via qTest.
• Oversee defect logging, triage, and validation.
• Contribute to test strategy, risk assessment, and QA best practices.
