QualityAI is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our enterprise testing team in MX. You will design, implement, and maintain automated tests for healthcare applications, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure quality.

The role requires Tosca, Java, Selenium or TestNG, strong SQL skills, data validation, and experience with CI/CD tools. You will lead testing efforts across API and UI layers and contribute to test strategy and best practices.

Formación

• 7+ years of QA Automation and Testing experience.
• Strong programming experience in Java.
• Hands-on Tosca (Required) and Java, Selenium, or TestNG (Required).
• Strong SQL and database validation skills.
• Experience with AWS Athena and large-scale data validation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions using Tosca, Java, Selenium, and TestNG.
• Perform end-to-end testing for healthcare applications.
• Analyze requirements and ensure test coverage and traceability.
• Execute SQL-based backend validation and data verification.
• Validate large-scale datasets using AWS Athena or similar Lakehouse technologies.
• Lead functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing efforts.
• Support CI/CD/CT implementation and continuous testing practices.
• Manage test cases, execution, and reporting through qTest.
• Oversee defect management, including logging, triage, tracking, and validation.
• Contribute to test strategy, risk assessment, and QA best practices.
