Zusammenfassung

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Sr. Quality Assurance Specialist focused on Chargeback and Fraud. Based in Mexico City, you will ensure accurate monitoring, data integrity and process improvements across the Chargeback and fraud workflow.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in Chargeback or fraud, a business degree, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive reliable outcomes and risk mitigation.

Qualifikationen

2+ years experience in Chargeback or fraud transactions process.
Bachelor degree in business administration or similar.
Critical thinking and problem solving.
Work as key contact with other areas.
Teamwork and collaboration.
Experience in financial products.
Act as important Disseminator of DiDi Culture.
Understanding English level, reading and writing.

Monitor Chargeback and fraud-related operations and provide feedback.
Maintain records of hours and personnel data.
Propose process improvements.
Ensure compliance with policies and report deviations.
Create metrics and presentations for stakeholders.
