Job Summary

Perficient is currently looking to add a dynamic and talented Senior QA Automation Engineer - Playwright with proven experience leading accessibility small size (2 to 3) QA teams across multiple sub-products.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience leading accessibility small size (2 to 3) QA teams across multiple sub-products.


• Strong experience in Agile QA methodologies, ceremonies and in-sprint QA delivery models.


• Hands-on expertise in accessibility testing using tools such as Axe DevTools, ARC Toolkit, NVDA, Color Contrast Analyzer and Accessibility Insights for Web.


• Experience in accessibility automation using Axe DevTools with Java, Playwright, Python.


• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with accessibility owners, clients, Engineering Managers, and development teams.


• Ability to drive accessibility practices and engagement across client and development teams.


• Familiarity with testing in the automotive domain is a plus.


• Proficient in using Jira and Confluence for test management, defect tracking, and maintaining traceability throughout the QA lifecycle.
