Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Proficiency with FastAPI, Django, Flask and API design.
• Experience in designing microservices and inter-service communication.
• Experience integrating data from multiple formats (xlsx, pdf, csv, json).
• Mentor less senior engineers.
• Shell scripting for automation (Bash).
• Linux/Unix administration basics.
• Familiarity with AWS, GitHub Actions, REST API development.
• Strong unit testing and test automation.
• Experience working in agile teams on complex applications.
• Collaborative, global-team mindset.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices architectures, API gateways, and inter-service communication.
• Develop backend services using Python with modern frameworks.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into a common data model.
• Build and maintain REST APIs with performance and scalability in mind.
• Mentor and guide less senior team members.
• Automate tasks and manage OS-level operations through shell scripting.
