Scio, based in Mexico, seeks a Senior Python Developer (AI & Backend Expertise) to design and build scalable APIs, integrate AI/ML models, and collaborate with data scientists, ensuring robust, secure backend services.

You will work with Django/Flask/FastAPI, RESTful APIs, and modern data pipelines while optimizing performance for AI-driven features. The role emphasizes clean code, testing, and CI/CD for production deployments.

Formación

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong experience with Python and backend frameworks.
• Proficiency with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models in production.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Collaborate with data science teams to deploy ML models into production.
• Optimize performance and scalability for AI-driven features.
• Implement data pipelines for model training and inference.
• Write clean, well-documented code following best practices.
• Ensure security, testing, and CI/CD for AI-enabled apps.
