You will architect scalable software for data-driven applications, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive architectural decisions to shape long-term technical direction while guiding junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Python AI engineering in production.
• Hands-on with multi-agent workflows and RAG pipelines.
• Proficient English (B2+) for business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, data-driven AI applications.
• Translate technical concepts into practical systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams and conduct code reviews.
• Ensure observability and security in production AI deployments.
