EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior AI Solution Engineer to design and operate production-grade AI systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will build scalable AI solutions that blend generative capabilities with ML precision, and deploy AI agents to automate workflows for enterprise decision-making.

You will work across RAG pipelines, AI services, and secure production environments while improving output quality, reliability, and observability in Google Cloud-based deployments.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience building AI solutions with Python and modern ML tooling.
• Hands-on experience developing AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Proven experience delivering Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Strong ownership skills to drive delivery in a cross-functional environment.
• Production engineering skills for reliability, security, and observability.
• Cloud platform experience with a preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).
