FLSmidth is seeking an experienced Proposal Specialist for Separation equipment for the South America region (Chile, Peru & Brazil) to join our team. You will manage end-to-end proposal development for spare parts and modernization projects, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Sourcing and Execution teams to deliver technically sound, commercially competitive proposals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English is essential.
• Strong ability to analyze requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Experience in proposal preparation or sales engineering for mining/heavy industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems (Dynamics, Epicor) is expected.

Mansioni

• Lead the end-to-end proposal development for separation equipment projects.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Sourcing and Execution teams for inputs (scope, cost, lead times).
• Review customer requirements and ensure technical accuracy and alignment with margins.
• Prepare and present accurate, competitive technical and commercial proposals.
• Track proposal KPIs and ensure timely submission and documentation.
