FLSmidth is seeking an experienced Proposal Specialist for Separation equipment to join our team serving South America (Chile, Peru & Brazil). You will lead end‑to‑end proposals for capital projects in mining and cement, ensuring technical accuracy, commercial viability and on‑time delivery.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, 8+ years in proposals or sales engineering, fluency in Portuguese and English, and the ability to coordinate with global teams; international travel is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end proposal development for Separation equipment projects in South America.
• Ensure proposals are technically accurate, commercially sound and on time.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Sourcing, and Execution teams; maintain documentation and KPI tracking.
