Sanmina-SCI Systems de México is seeking a Program Manager 4 with a strong background in industrial engineering or related fields. The role requires English proficiency and experience managing customer programs, with leadership of direct reports and cross-functional coordination.

The candidate should be skilled in negotiations, shipping terms, and overseeing OTD, PPV, ECO, and related processes, while coordinating visits and plant tours as needed.

Formación

• English proficiency at 90% or higher.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to manage a group of direct reports.
• Excellent negotiation skills with customers.
• Understanding of shipment processes and incoterms.

Responsabilidades

• Manages: OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer requests and reports.
• Ability to conduct meetings and calls outside standard work hours.
• Oversees customer visits and plant tours as needed.

Conocimientos

English 90%

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International business, Finance or similar
