A global technology company in Lerma, Mexico, is seeking a Logistics and Operations expert to lead digitalization projects, focusing on SAP modules. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, a degree in IT, and strong knowledge of logistics processes. Formación

  • More than 5 years of experience in Logistics and Operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of business models.
  • Professional in Logistics Systems (SAP ERP PP/WM/MM).
  • Intermediate skills in Sales Systems and Integration Services.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead global digitalization journey in Logistics.
  • Conduct requirements analysis and project preparation.
  • Define and implement solution customizing in SAP.
  • Coordinate internal and external implementation teams.

Responsibilities:
  1. You are a major part of our global digitalization journey in the Area of Logistic and Operations.
  2. Requirements analysis, project preparation, and execution for Logistics will be your major responsibilities. You will also support Production Planning and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Projects.
  3. You define and implement solution customizing, especially in SAP MM and SAP PP modules, and coordinate specifications for development and interfaces.
  4. You lead the internal and external implementation teams.
  5. You are responsible for building IT services.
  6. You understand the client's business needs.
  7. You provide advice on technology best practices.
  8. You plan timelines for project completion.
  9. You act as a business partner for Business Process Owners/Managers.
Qualifications:
  1. University degree in IT or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. > 5 years of experience; in-depth knowledge of overall business models.
  3. Functional knowledge: Professional in Logistics Systems (SAP ERP PP/WM/MM, LiveSource Supplier EDI, Order/Delivery, Scanner Systems); intermediate skills in Sales Systems, Integration Services, Asset & License Management Metrics.
  4. Business process knowledge: Professional in Logistics processes (handling units, operational logistics, customs, complaint management logistics, inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse logistics, packaging/delivery).
  5. Advanced level of English. Skills in additional major languages are welcome.
