Oferta confidencial in Mexico's Baja California region seeks a seasoned Production Area Manager to lead the warehouse, molding and assembly teams, ensuring safe, efficient operations and alignment with GMP and lean practices.

You will collaborate with planning and maintenance, driving continuous improvement, controlling waste, and managing personnel across shifts with HR support. Strong communication and planning are essential.

Formación

• Engineering degree or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar leadership role in manufacturing.
• Availability to work flexible hours to support other schedules.
• Good manufacturing practices, packaging and warehouse environment experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• English proficiency at 85%.

Responsabilidades

• Manage personnel and activities in Warehouse, Molding, and Assembly.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and pleasant work environment through ethical leadership.
• Participate in safety brigades and meetings.
• Conduct personnel evaluations.
• Produce quality goods according to demand.
• Collaborate with planning department.
• Manage personnel in terms of quantity, discipline, feedback, development, and turnover, with HR support.
• Manage production area and equipment with Maintenance and Engineering support.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, lean manufacturing, 5S, safety policies and ministry regulations.
• Maintain the company's financial health by minimizing waste and properly managing resources.
