Formación

• Degree or equivalent experience desired.
• Experience applying quality management tools and Six Sigma/ISO principles.
• Ability to interpret data and drive improvements in production.
• Strong planning, organizing, and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage staffing, development, and performance programs for operations staff.
• Oversee operations activities, ensuring safety, schedules and performance.
• Monitor operations performance and implement quality and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and a safe manufacturing environment.
