Caterpillar is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Monterrey to manage day-to-day operations across shifts. The role requires coordinating staffing, development, and performance programs for operations staff, while driving safety, schedule adherence, and cost/quality controls on-site.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and Intermediate English, with relocation available.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• Intermediate English proficiency is required.
• Experience in supervising or leading teams is preferred.
• Strong planning, organizational, and reporting skills are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of one or more manufacturing production lines.
• Oversee staffing, development, performance management, and motivate the management team.
• Ensure safety, schedules, performance requirements, and resource usage are met.
• Evaluate projects for costs, personnel, equipment, and space considerations.
