- Strong cross-team coordination and measurable stability improvements.
Responsabilidades
- Provide senior cross-skill operational leadership across Tier 0 GPS support and bridge mainframe, production support, and analysis.
- Lead incidents end-to-end and coordinate across technical and business teams.
- Bring mainframe support knowledge together with production practices.
- Translate business impact into recovery priorities and stakeholder updates.
- Raise operational maturity through governance, documentation, controls, and stability improvements.
