Capgemini Engineering in Mexico is seeking a senior cross-skill operator to provide Tier 0 GPS support bridging mainframe production and business analysis. You will lead incidents end-to-end and coordinate across technical and business teams.

The role requires TSO/ISPF and mainframe knowledge, strong production controls mindset, and clear English communication for major incidents. You will contribute to improving stability and governance, with HSBC Connect/HSBCnet experience valued.
