Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Imaging Production Specialist in Mexico City to join the Global Brand & Creative team. This hybrid role focuses on print mechanical production and digital design for demand-gen campaigns, working with the Studio Manager and project manager.

You will build production-ready files from approved concepts in various sizes/media, maintaining a strong design aesthetic and adhering to brand guidelines. 8+ years of experience and proficiency in English are required.

Qualifications

• BA or BFA in Marketing, Design or related field
• Extensive experience in design, production or related field
• Experience in digital design and production within an internal marketing org or agency
• Deep understanding of creative production across digital & print formats
• Print experience is essential; events and global signage are key

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project managers to understand project scope and ask pertinent questions
• Expertise building print mechanicals using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, following CMYK specs
• Deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready files for events and digital campaigns across media formats
• Lay out existing concepts in various formats with a strong visual aesthetic
• Ensure final assets are prepared and uploaded to the internal DAM
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Adhere to Salesforce guidelines and collaborate with internal teams
