Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years experience in maintenance field, including supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Maintenance Technicians.
• Recruit, interview and hire Maintenance Technicians.
• Coach and mentor maintenance staff to deliver excellence.
• Coordinate large teams and respond during crises.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline processes.
• Ensure safety and health policies are followed.
