Jabil Malaysia is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to plan, direct, and coordinate production, machinery, processing and packaging activities. The role emphasizes leadership and results-driven improvements across the workcell and campus.

You will coach Workcell Leaders, develop succession plans, and ensure manufacturing strategies align with campus directions while driving cost reductions and efficiency gains.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 8 years related experience and/or training.
• 5 years in a manufacturing supervisory role or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years workcell management experience.
• Experience managing complex multi-customer workcells.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct, and coordinate production operations.
• Lead and coach Workcell Leaders; manage succession plans.
• Define and implement manufacturing strategy aligned to campus directions.
• Monitor turnover and hiring per forecast.
• Drive improvements to reduce costs and improve value.
