Job summary

Citi in Mexico City is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead a team of product professionals, shape strategy, and oversee budgets and lifecycle management across core product lines.

You will coordinate product plans, drive market analysis, and partner with the broader management team to expand into new markets, improve client experience, and strengthen Citi's competitive position globally.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• Series 7 licensing/registration.
• Experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development and/or analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to define and achieve high value business goals.
• Working knowledge of market dynamics, products and competitive climate.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Analytical skills.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Product Managers and conduct personnel duties (e.g., evaluations, hiring).
• Oversee strategic program roadmaps, development, launches, and marketing; analyze industry trends.
• Manage day-to-day product marketing for core products including delivery, client experience, and communications.
• Execute client value propositions, pricing, targeting, and differentiation for Citi clients.
• Develop country/region plans coordinating across units and influence strategic decisions.
• Manage client and competitor market research and address product commoditization opportunities.
• Oversee program life cycle management and drive innovation with external partners.
• Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets and revenue/expense goals.
• Develop and communicate a business plan to approach the marketplace and implement team procedures.
