Qualificações

• 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to define and achieve high value business goals.
• Licensing/Registration: Series 7.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of Product Managers to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions).
• Oversee strategic program roadmaps, development, launches, and marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product, and survey competitive landscapes to inform strategy.
• Manage day-to-day product marketing for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies.
• Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and differentiation to be preferred Citi partner.
• Develop plans and execute functional strategies across regions or countries with cross-unit coordination.
• Manage client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap, and address product commoditization trials.
• Oversee all aspects of program life cycle management including market demands and technology trends; collaborate with external partners to develop products.
• Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, revenue performance, and expense management; identify opportunities and gaps in business plans.
• Develop and communicate a business plan to approach the marketplace and implement team procedures and client resolutions.
