Banamex, part of Citigroup Inc., seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead product teams in Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas. This on-site, full-time role focuses on developing product plans, coordinating life cycles, and driving market growth across regions in Mexico.

The candidate will oversee roadmaps, launches, and marketing efforts, while coordinating with the broader Product Management team to achieve strategic objectives and optimize client value propositions.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Licensed/registered: Series 7.
• Experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve high-value goals.
• Working knowledge of market dynamics and competitive climate.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage a team of Product Managers and conduct personnel duties.
• Oversee strategic program roadmaps, development, launches, and marketing.
• Handle day-to-day product marketing for core products including delivery and client experience.
• Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, and channels.
• Develop plans and execute functional strategies for a country, region, or group.
• Manage client and competitor market research and product innovation roadmap.
• Oversee life cycle management and drive innovation with external partners.
• Contribute to acquisition targets and revenue/expense goals.
• Develop and communicate a business plan to approach the marketplace.
• Ensure risk controls and regulatory compliance.
