Collins Aerospace is seeking a Sr. Product Quality Engineer to strengthen our reliability and excellence across cutting-edge products.

You will lead quality control initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply Lean Six Sigma, RCCA, and UPPAP methodologies to influence design and process improvements. This on-site role requires bilingual communication in English and Spanish, travel to the United States as needed, and a strong focus on preventing defects while delivering

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma and RCCA experience is required.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, formulas, data analysis and dashboards.
• Proficient English; Spanish beneficial; strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality evaluation, control systems and protocols for materials processed into products.
• Devises testing plans and equipment to assure reliability in collaboration with design teams.
• Ensures projects/documentation meet requirements, objectives and contracts.
• Identifies and manages risk using RCCA, PFMEA, MSA and control plans.
• Drives proactive quality initiatives and implements them across processes.
• Performs root cause analysis and corrective actions for design issues in internal products/processes.
• Oversees work transfer and PPAP acceptance with appropriate gate reviews.
• Designs and implements product engineering changes to address quality issues.
