Apex Systems in Mexico is seeking a Product Owner with 5+ years in product ownership or related roles to lead agile delivery and backlog prioritization. You will collaborate with developers, QA, UX, and business stakeholders to translate needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

The role requires strong communication and facilitation skills, experience with agile ceremonies, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while enabling timely software delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Agile product delivery roles.
• 4+ years of Product Owner experience supporting Agile software development teams.
• Strong experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience facilitating requirements gathering and collaborative workshops.
• Experience supporting Agile ceremonies and sprint activities.
• Ability to work with developers, QA engineers, UX teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience tracking delivery progress and managing competing priorities.
