Jabil is seeking a Product Engineer in Mexico to implement, support, train, and troubleshoot the assigned process. You will guide engineers at the site and act as a leader within the engineering team, ensuring excellence on the manufacturing process as directed by the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.

Qualified candidates have 4 to 6 years in EMS or related industries and hold advanced degrees (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in appropriate fields, with a broad understanding of the manufacturing chain

Formación

• 4 to 6 years work-related experience in the EMS or equivalent industry.
• Relevant advanced education in engineering or related fields.
• Ability to understand manufacturing chain processes and changes.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, support, train, and troubleshoot the assigned process at the facility.
• Facilitate other engineers and act as a leader within the engineering team.
• Ensure excellence on the assigned manufacturing process as directed by the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
• Understand scope of processes and implications of changes across the manufacturing chain.

The Product Engineer will be knowledgeable of the basic processes and facilitate other engineers at the site. This individual is also responsible for the implementation, support, training, and troubleshooting for the process being assigned in their facility. This position is assigned to an individual who has the profile to understand the scope of all the manufacturing chain process and the implications of each change and be considered to be a leader within the engineering team. The Product Engineer is responsible for ensuring excellence on the assigned manufacturing process, as determined by the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Requires Advanced Diploma, Bachelors, or Masters in appropriate fields; 4 to 6 years work-related experience in the EMS or equivalent industry; Or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
