Darwoft is seeking a Product Designer to own the design of an agentic intranet and internal operations tools. You will shape interfaces for delegating work to AI agents, tracking their activity, reviewing proposals, and approving actions impacting customers and financial operations.

The role spans internal web apps, Slack workflows, and operations consoles, with emphasis on a coherent system, permissions, and trust. You will observe daily workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products used in real operational environments.
• Strong interaction design and UX skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled design workflows is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design the end-to-end experience of an internal agentic intranet with delegation, monitoring, review, and approval features.
• Define interaction patterns for human-AI collaboration and trust mechanisms.
• Create a coherent product system across internal apps, Slack workflows, and operations consoles.
• Design workflows to understand AI agent activity without constant monitoring.
• Build experiences around asynchronous agent execution and long-running tasks.
• Define approval and review flows for high-impact actions.
