Johnson & Johnson in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, is seeking a Supply Chain Engineering professional to lead process engineering activities. You will identify, design and develop equipment, perform tests, study processes for improvements and manage specifications in a highly regulated medical environment.

The role requires 4–6 years in a similar position, experience in the medical industry, and strong knowledge of GMP, statistics and advanced English.

Formación

• Engineering any specialty.
• Master of Science and/or Certification is recommended.
• From 4 to 6 years in a similar position preferably.
• Experience in medical industry preferably.
• Knowledge in good manufacturing practices and documentation preferably in the medical industry.
• Design of experiments
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools
• Management of statistical procedures.
• Knowledge of computational packages
• Oral communication skills; and written in Spanish
• Senior Process Engineer: Strong understanding of standard costs and work standards.
• Senior Process Engineer and Staff: Knowledge of production processes.
• Advanced English Senior Process Engineer

Responsabilidades

• Identifies, designs and develops the necessary equipment.
• Performs material tests.
• Studies the processes to implement improvements.
• Responsible for preparing and managing specifications.
• Coordinates technicians and engineers about unusual problems.
• Responsible for purchasing and designing equipment and tools that meet manufacturing, safety and environment requirements.
• Participates in saving and capital projects
• Responsible of complying with finance metrics
• Responsible for evaluating and developing action plans for quality, safety, cost, service and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Performs activities of process/product validation.
• Responsible of evaluating and providing feedback in a timely manner, in performance and development plans for personnel in charge
• Responsible for communicating business

• Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
