Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Juárez City seeks a Staff Process Engineer for a fixed-term 12‑month role. You will lead engineering tasks, analyze complex designs, and ensure compliant documentation and test plans in a high-impact project environment.

Ideal candidates hold an Engineering degree with 6–8 years experience in manufacturing or medical devices, speaking Spanish and English, and are proficient in process control and data analysis.

Formación

• University / bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Engineering, any specialty.
• Masters in science and/or certification is recommended.
• Generally, requires 6-8 years work experience and Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field is preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing principles and software applications.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze complex task statements, standards, and drawings to determine engineering requirements.
• Prepare milestone charts, manpower and material estimates, and project schedules.
• Ensure generation, release, and maintenance of documentation is compliant.
• Design complex mechanical, electronic, and electrical assemblies using typical components.
• Provide technical expertise to engineers, drafters, and technicians.
• Lead tests and analyze data for conformance with requirements.
