Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Juarez City is seeking a Staff Process Engineer for a 12-month fixed-term assignment. You will lead process engineering efforts across manufacturing with focus on process improvement and compliance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in medical device manufacturing, and ability to work in cross-functional teams. Fluency in English and Spanish is expected, with advanced English noted in requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent; master’s preferred.
• 6–8 years of work experience; Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Experience in medical device industry or medical field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze complex task statements, standards, specifications, drawings to determine engineering requirements.
• Direct preparation of milestone charts, manpower and material inputs, and related schedules.
• Ensure generation, release and maintenance of documentation in accordance with standards.
• Design complex mechanical, electronic, and electrical assemblies and systems.
• Provide technical expertise to assigned engineers, drafters, and technicians.
• Review proposed designs and test plans for conformance with requirements.
