Johnson & Johnson MedTech is hiring a Senior Business Excellence Engineer in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. The role focuses on defining opportunities, analyzing data, and designing manufacturing line flows to improve business processes using Lean and Six Sigma principles.

Seeking leaders who can mentor teams, manage cross-functional projects, and drive cost and throughput improvements. Bilingual English/Spanish and 10+ years in manufacturing or healthcare are highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science preferred.
• Lean certification (Green/Black Belt) preferred.
• 4-5 years of manufacturing/healthcare experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Strong project management and change management skills expected.

Responsabilidades

• Defines opportunities, analyzes data, and designs manufacturing line flows.
• Leads cross-functional teams to deliver Lean/Six Sigma improvements.
• Mentors groups at the site to develop a continuous improvement culture.
• Interfaces with Controls, Automation, and NPI teams.
• Manages project plans and communicates results to senior management.
