Job summary

Franke is seeking an experienced Process/Industrial Engineer for its manufacturing plant in Mexico. You will lead process validation, develop documentation, and drive efficiency and standardization across laser cutting, punching, bending, welding, and assembly.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, time standards, SOP development, and continuous improvement aligned with Franke global standards. Fluency in English and strong analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and KPI tracking.
• Conversational English for meetings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation and development of manufacturing processes (Laser Cutting, Punching, Welding, Assembly).
• Define and implement technical documentation (SOP, WI, VA) and NPI support.
• Analyze productivity indicators and lead line-balancing initiatives.
• Coordinate layout updates for NPIs and production changes.
• Provide technical leadership in special projects (Rollout, NPI).
