You will design and deploy Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), build Power Automate workflows, and scale Dataverse. A background of 6+ years with Microsoft Power Platform, 2+ years in Consumer

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise Power Platform experience.
• 2+ years in Consumer Goods, Retail, or Manufacturing.
• Deep expertise in Power Fx, custom connector development, and Data Loss Prevention governance.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server / Azure SQL, REST APIs, and On-Premise Data Gateways.
• High-Performance Mindset with emphasis on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: understanding difference between coding and engineering.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Drive low-code digital transformation initiatives across multiple teams and business units.
• Own the end-to-end strategy, architecture, and enterprise governance of custom Power Platform solutions.
• Design and deploy complex Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), sophisticated Power Automate workflows, and scalable Power Pages.
• Architect and maintain robust Dataverse solutions to ensure secure and efficient data management.
• Implement and manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• 6+ years of enterprise-level experience with the Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages).
• 2+ years of domain experience in Consumer Goods, Retail, or Manufacturing industries.
• Deep technical expertise in Power Fx, custom connector development, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policy governance.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server / Azure SQL integration, REST API consumption, and configuration of On-Premise Data Gateways.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
