Jobgether is seeking a Senior Power Platform Lead Specialist based in Mexico to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation using the Microsoft Power Platform. • Advanced Power Fx skills and custom connectors development.
• Governance: implement DLP policies and establish platform standards.
• DevOps: design and manage Azure DevOps pipelines for lifecycle management and deployment.
• Database and integration: SQL Server / Azure SQL and REST APIs integration.
• Leadership and cross-team collaboration; strong communication in English and Spanish.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Power Platform Lead Specialist based in Mexico.

The Senior Power Platform Lead Specialist will drive enterprise-wide digital transformation by designing and leading scalable low-code solutions across business functions. This role owns the end-to-end strategy, architecture, and governance of Microsoft Power Platform applications and workflows. You will lead the development of custom Power Apps, advanced Power Automate solutions, Power Pages, and Dataverse environments. Working closely with stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure that solutions are secure, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. The position combines hands‑on technical expertise with architectural leadership and platform governance. It offers the opportunity to modernize business processes and accelerate innovation in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Accountabilities

• Platform Strategy and Architecture: Define and drive the end-to-end strategy, architecture, and governance for Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

• Application Development: Lead the design and development of custom Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven applications.

• Workflow Automation: Design and implement complex Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Power Pages and Dataverse: Oversee the development and management of Power Pages solutions and Dataverse environments.

• Technical Standards: Establish best practices for Power Fx, custom connectors, application architecture, and reusable components.

• Security and Governance: Implement and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and governance frameworks to ensure secure and compliant platform usage.

• DevOps and ALM: Lead application lifecycle management practices and implement Azure DevOps pipelines to support reliable deployment and continuous improvement.

• Systems Integration: Ensure seamless integration with SQL Server, Azure SQL, REST APIs, and on-premises systems through On-Premises Data Gateways.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business and technical teams to translate operational needs into scalable, effective low-code solutions.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: At least 6 years of enterprise-level experience working with Microsoft Power Platform.

• Industry Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Consumer Goods, Retail, or Manufacturing.

• Microsoft Power Platform Expertise: Strong hands‑on knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages.

• Development Skills: Advanced expertise in Power Fx and the development and management of custom connectors.

• Governance and Security: Practical experience implementing DLP policies and establishing Power Platform governance standards.

• DevOps and ALM: Experience designing and managing Azure DevOps pipelines for application lifecycle management and deployment.

• Database and Integration Knowledge: Working knowledge of SQL Server, Azure SQL integration, REST APIs, and On-Premises Data Gateways.

• Leadership and Communication: Ability to lead technical initiatives, collaborate across teams, and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

• Language Requirements: Advanced conversational proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential. Language skills will be evaluated.

• Location and Documentation: Candidates must currently reside in Mexico. Foreign nationals residing in Mexico must hold valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC documentation, as applicable.

Benefits

• Gross monthly salary of MXN 110,000.
