Job summary

GSB Solutions is seeking a Senior Power Platform Lead Specialist to drive low-code digital transformation across our teams. This role owns the end-to-end strategy, architecture, and governance of custom Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven), Power Automate workflows, Power Pages, and Dataverse solutions.

Requirements include 6+ years in Power Platform, 2+ years in Consumer Goods/Retail/Manufacturing, and strong English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• 6+ years enterprise experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• 2+ years in Consumer Goods, Retail, or Manufacturing.
• Expertise in Power Fx, custom connectors, DLP policies, and Azure DevOps ALM pipelines.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server / Azure SQL integration, REST APIs, and On-Premise Data Gateways.
• Advanced English and Spanish essential (Will be evaluated).
• If you are a foreigner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC.

Responsibilities

• Drive low-code digital transformation across teams.
• Own end-to-end strategy, architecture, and governance of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Lead governance, security, and compliance for data and apps.
