Farmers Insurance is seeking an Application Subject Matter Expert III to design, develop, and optimize Power BI reporting for Finance. You will collaborate with Finance leaders to translate business needs into scalable dashboards and analytics that support decision-making.

You will connect SAP data with other sources, maintain production reports, and advance automation, AI, and Copilot-enabled insights to modernize the reporting platform.

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience in BI, reporting, analytics, or a related field.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Develop Financial Reporting, Executive Dashboards, KPI Dashboards, and Operational Reporting solutions.
• Partner directly with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into reporting solutions.
• Connect, transform, and model data from SAP and other database environments.
• Support and maintain production reporting environments.
• Troubleshoot reporting, data quality, and system issues.
• Enhance reporting capabilities through automation, AI, and Microsoft Copilot technologies.
• Drive continuous improvements to reporting processes and platform functionality.
