Job summary

Capgemini is partnering with a leading US insurer to recruit an Application Subject Matter Expert III focused on Power BI and SAP Finance reporting. You will design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that drive financial insights for senior leaders.

You will collaborate with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and advance the analytics platform with automation and AI capabilities including Copilot integration.

Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in BI, reporting, analytics, or related field.
Fluent English, written and verbal.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
Develop Financial Reporting, Executive Dashboards, KPI Dashboards, and Operational Reporting.
Collaborate with Finance leadership to gather requirements and translate needs into reports.
Connect, transform, and model data from SAP and other databases.
Support and maintain production reporting environments.
Troubleshoot reporting, data quality, and system issues.
Enhance reporting with automation, AI, and Copilot technologies.
Drive continuous improvements to reporting processes and platform functionality.
