Job summary

Farmers Insurance in Mexico is seeking a SAP Analytics Engineer (Datasphere) to bridge data and business operations. You will manage, extract, and interpret data within SAP environments to optimize performance and support executive decision-making.

The role requires hands-on SAP Datasphere, SQL and Python, and experience with cloud data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure. You will transform SAP metrics into visual insights using SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or Tableau.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere or SAP Data Warehouse Cloud.
Proficiency in SQL, with additional knowledge of Python and ELT frameworks.
Understanding of SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and BTP services.
Familiarity with integrating cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure.
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud – Reporting.

Responsibilities

Provides high level of expertise in the design and functionality of business applications.
Understands the business objectives and how IT can support them.
Responsible for the conceptual design of business applications.
Reviews and validates the technical design for business applications.
Performs quality reviews on project deliverables and impact analyses of changes.
Transforms raw SAP metrics into visual insights using enterprise tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
Investigates data quality issues and supports implementation activities.
