Job summary

Farmers Insurance seeks an Application Subject Matter Expert III to support the SAP Finance reporting ecosystem, focusing on Power BI analytics and data modernization. You will partner with Finance leaders to deliver impactful dashboards and automation, leveraging AI and Copilot integration to streamline financial reporting.

The role demands strong data modeling, SAP data handling, and collaboration across multiple finance stakeholders to drive strategic insights and robust reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in BI, reporting, analytics, or related field
• Fluent English, written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Finance or related discipline preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Develop Financial Reporting, Executive Dashboards, KPI Dashboards, and Operational Reporting solutions
• Collaborate with Finance leadership to gather requirements and translate needs into reports
• Connect, transform, and model data from SAP and other databases
• Maintain production reporting environments and troubleshoot issues
• Enhance reporting with automation, AI, and Copilot technologies
• Drive continuous improvements to reporting processes and platform functionality
