CATL invites you to continue our legend of green energy in Mexico City. The role centers on leading ESS project programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering high-value opportunities for overseas energy storage customers.

The ideal candidate has extensive PM and team management experience, strong communication and data-analysis skills, and readiness for a long-term stay in Mexico, with English and Spanish fluency as a must. Mandarin is a nice-to-have bonus.

Formación

• 8 year above experience for PM, and 5 years above experience for team management.
• Be familiar with ESS project business mode and development; priority consideration given to 2 years+ in electric power/utility, ESS, Li-ion battery.
• Good at communication, with good logic, capable on data analysis and report writing。
• Oversea working experience is prior consideration; long-term stay in Mexico is must.
• Proactive, pursue higher standard, and always keep the commitment.
• Proficiency in English & Spanish is a must; Proficiency in Mandarin could be a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with overseas energy storage customers and related companies in Mexico, build good relationships and identify needs and explore high-value potential project opportunities.
• Assist account PM for coordinating and preparing critical meetings, and coordinating the highlight issues at customer side.
• Enhance the coordination and service for multiple contact windows of customers, and strengthen management of the face-to-face communication with customers；
• Coordinate internal resources, sales team, development team, together with account PMs, to figure out the qualification and customer engagement；
• Coordinate onsite colleagues from other departments, like SC, AMD, to guarantee reasonable progress of commissioning and after-sales tasks of ESS projects, and resolve the problems across multiple departments.
• Establish program team, and initiate the program, lead the team to deliver, and be responsible for the program management of schedule, quality, cost, and risk；
• Manage the onsite PM team, with proper training to improve the capability of the team members.
