Dauch Corporation in Celaya, Guanajuato, seeks a Plant Senior Engineer – Product & Process to drive manufacturing excellence by developing, testing, and implementing technical solutions that enhance product quality, process performance, and equipment reliability.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to analyze data, support new product and process launches, and lead continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment while ensuring safety and efficiency across operations.

Formación

Associate Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, or related field.
1–3 years in manufacturing, production or process engineering roles with independent work experience.
Experience with continuous improvement methods and problem-solving tools.

Responsabilidades

Support installation, validation and optimization of manufacturing equipment and production systems.
Perform testing, inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure product/process performance.
Collect, analyze and interpret manufacturing data to identify trends and opportunities.
