The Manager ME leads the Manufacturing Engineering staff, guides process development, and oversees equipment sourcing, quality, and cost-reduction initiatives to drive manufacturing excellence in Silao, Mexico.

Formación

• Leadership and direction of Manufacturing Engineering staff.
• Strong emphasis on process development and cost reduction.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to ME staff and coordinators of ME groups.
• Ensure proper ME support structure, skill sets, and functional groups.
• Develop manufacturing processes and investment plans for new product programs.
• Develop and communicate process flows for process sourcing.
• Oversee sourcing of manufacturing equipment for automotive components.
• Manage process launch tasks and enforce timelines.
• Ensure quality standards in process development and risk mitigation.
• Implement best practices in manufacturing processes.
