Dauch Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the ME staff and oversee development, documentation, and implementation of efficient production processes. You will manage equipment, tooling, and process launches while driving continuous improvements to cost, quality, safety, and yield.

The role requires a mechanical or electrical engineering degree and focuses on supporting operations through problem solving and implementing best practices across manufacturing

Formación

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering staff and coordinate ME-related functions.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes, procedures, machinery, and tooling.
• Support corrective action and troubleshooting of production problems.
• Drive process improvements to reduce costs, improve yield, runtime, quality and safety.
• Ensure quality standards are met in process development and risk mitigation.
• Manage CapEx budget for areas or process launches and enforce procedures.
