Gentherm in Celaya is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, focusing on SMT and THT technologies. You will work on continuous improvement projects and support various areas in correcting customer complaints.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Basic knowledge of DFM, machines, and process capability studies.
• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
