Job summary

SUN PHARMA in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to act as a trusted financial advisor and strategic business partner to the Country Manager, Mexico Finance Country Lead, and Regional Finance VP.

The role will lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning, while partnering with Commercial, HR, and Supply Chain to drive performance. Strong tax knowledge and leadership experience in pharma are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong experience in Tax.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical and business-partnering skills.
• Proven experience leading teams.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Advanced English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Budget, Forecasting, Financial Planning, and Variance Analysis.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Work directly with Corporate Finance teams across Emerging Markets.
• Lead and develop a team.
• Partner with Commercial, HR, Supply Chain, and other functions to drive business performance.
