Thermo Fisher Scientific in Mexico City seeks a Senior Business Development Manager, Pharma & Biotech, to shape account strategy and growth across divisions. You will build senior-level relationships, plan comprehensive account strategies, and drive share of spend through direct sales and distributors.

Focused on maximizing value across the Thermo Fisher portfolio, you will coordinate with commercial and channel teams.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Lifesciences is required.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a strong track record.
Ability to coordinate activities across a team and influence across reps.
Ability to influence commercial and channel representatives to drive initiatives.
Understanding of international business with financial/business acumen.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

Develop and implement strategies to integrate Thermo Fisher Scientific's offerings across divisions for the pharma & biotech market.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive market approaches.
Advocate for and facilitate adoption of Thermo Fisher's solutions within client organizations.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within pharma and biopharma sectors.
Create and execute strategic plans to drive growth and sales targets.
Track pipeline and opportunities using CRM tools and maintain records.
