Capgemini Mexico is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for API and backend services using Java and RestAssured. You will create automated test cases to ensure quality, reliability, and coverage, and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines for efficient release validation.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with Java, RestAssured, TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle, Git, and a solid grasp of RESTful APIs.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Strong experience with Java and RestAssured for API automation testing.
• Hands‑on experience with TestNG or JUnit, Maven or Gradle, and Git.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP methods, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and API documentation tools.
• Experience with BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced English skills.
