Qualifications

  • Proven experience coordinating penetration testing engagements.
  • Strong ability to document and track project metrics and compliance.
  • Familiarity with security standards (ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Proficiency with Jira/Confluence/MS Project and Power BI.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of

Manage credit risk and provide decisioning across various industry sectors within Wholesale Banking, exercising delegated credit authority for credit exposure to existing and new clients. Ensures appropriate lending structures and controls are in place to handle inherent and unique risks in reviewed transactions. Consults with businesses regarding appropriate credit facility structuring to meet Company standards, regulatory guidelines and client needs. Assure compliance with Bank Credit Policy and risk appetite guidelines as well as adherence to all Regulatory requirements.

Main activities:
  • Manage and facilitate penetration testing engagements by coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Gather requirements, working closely with application owners,
  • Act as a liaison with vendors, facilitating test environment setup
  • Communicate findings to technical staff and leadership, tracking progress
  • Support the remediation process by retesting vulnerabilities

Manage relationships with third‑party penetration‑testing vendors, process Statements of Work (SOWs), and verify that deliverables meet expectations.

Coordinate with technical teams to ensure test environments are available and provide support.

Requirements
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Demonstrable experience ensuring that all testing activities and findings comply with internal audit requirements and applicable external regulations, while tracking key project metrics and maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date documentation.
  • Experience contributing to the development and implementation of standardised processes, tools and best practices to improve the efficiency and consistency of penetration testing services. Continuous learning ensures that penetration testers adapt to change
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar), SNOW, Power BI, Microsoft Excel
  • A solid understanding of penetration testing principles, methodologies, and common vulnerabilities. Experience working in regulated environments or with compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, etc.), any additional certifications would be an asset.
  • Familiarity with various technologies, including networks, web applications, and cloud infrastructures.
  • The ability to understand and convey the business impact of identified security vulnerabilities.
